These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vulcan Forge LTD website, and any products or services offered by Vulcan Forge, including Atlas and GreenFaith Bible (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing this website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Vulcan Forge

Vulcan Forge LTD ("Vulcan Forge", "we", "us", or "our") is a company registered in Nigeria under RC 7271921, with its registered address at 10, Olatunji Akinsanya Street, Gbagada, Lagos State, Nigeria. We design, build, and operate software products and provide custom software development services to clients.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use certain Services, such as an Atlas subscription, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Payment

• Products such as Atlas are offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan selected at checkout).
• Payments are processed by our licensed third-party payment processor, Flutterwave. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
• We may change subscription pricing from time to time; where required, we will provide advance notice before a price change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software, except as permitted by law; or (e) use the Services to transmit harmful or infringing content.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content (excluding data you submit), remain the exclusive property of Vulcan Forge LTD or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

7. Customer Data

Where you use Atlas to manage your own facility, members, and staff, you retain ownership of the data you submit ("Customer Data"). You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to submit Customer Data, including any member or biometric data collected through access-control integrations. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers, including payment processing (Flutterwave) and hardware integrations (such as door-access systems). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to Vulcan Forge, other users, or third parties.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vulcan Forge LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vulcan Forge LTD, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
