• Facility, member, and staff data — where a client operates Atlas, this may include gym or facility member profiles, trainer/staff records, booking and attendance history, and check-in/access logs (including biometric or access-control identifiers where a facility has enabled hardware integrations such as door-access devices). This data is controlled by the operating facility; Vulcan Forge processes it on their behalf.
• Payment information — subscription and transaction details. Card and payment credentials are collected and processed directly by our licensed payment processor, Flutterwave. Vulcan Forge does not store full card numbers or payment credentials on its own systems.
• Usage & device data — pages visited, referring URLs, browser/device type, IP address, and similar diagnostic data collected automatically through this website and our applications.
• Communications — messages you send us via our contact form, email, or phone, including project inquiries and support requests.
