Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription products offered by Vulcan Forge LTD, including Atlas. It explains our terms for billing, cancellations, and refunds. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. Subscription Billing

Atlas is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you select). Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle via our payment processor, Flutterwave, until you cancel your subscription.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at the details below. Cancellation stops future billing but takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain access to the Service for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.

3. No Refunds for Partial Periods

Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused time, or for a subscription cancelled part-way through a cycle. There is currently no free trial associated with Atlas subscriptions.

4. Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — please contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where an error is confirmed on our part, issue a correction or refund for the erroneous amount.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer or bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account while the matter is reviewed.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
